Summary: As owner of the AI roadmap, you build, train, and guide AI adoption across all departments and countries, combining strategic insight with practical execution. Highlights: 1. That means building, training, guiding — and rolling up your sleeves yourself. * Rolling out AI\-adoption across all departments and countries — from operations to sales * Building and managing agentic workflows on our self\-hosted n8n platform * Training and guiding teams so that AI becomes part of their daily workflow * Establishing and supporting internal AI\-ambassadors per department * Managing and optimizing our generative AI\-rollout via Box.com * Evaluating new tools, models, and approaches as we move toward edge AI * Contributing to AI\-governance: safe, responsible, and scalable Do you recognize yourself here? You are a bridge builder: someone who translates AI\-strategy into working systems — and who can persuasively address a room full of managers just as confidently as they debug a workflow. **You bring:** * Demonstrable hands\-on experience with n8n — including production\-workflows with AI\-integrations * Strong knowledge of generative AI: LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI\-agents in practice * Experience guiding AI\-adoption within an organization (not just proof\-of\-concepts) * The ability to serve both technical and non\-technical audiences — within the same week * Understanding of data security and privacy in a European, multi\-country context **Nice to have:** * Background in computer vision, edge AI, or IoT * Experience with on\-premise or self\-hosted AI\-infrastructure * Knowledge of the construction or security sector *What we value most: pragmatism. Here, we build the technology behind our security solutions. The division consists of approximately 50 engineers working in various teams, each with its own focus. Much of our work sits at the intersection of IoT, home automation, and smart technology. The atmosphere is informal.
