




We are seeking an Employment Technician to join our team in Burgos. * Temporary contract. * Working hours: 38.5 h/week. **Education:** * University degree. * Advanced level of Office suite. * Familiarity with the social sector and issues related to community development, social equality, social justice, and sustainability. **Competencies:** * Social skills. * Knowledge of office software, including spreadsheet and word processing programs. * Ability to accurately follow established procedures. * Attention to detail and ability to work in an organized manner. Good verbal and written communication. * Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with external partners, beneficiary communities, and other stakeholders. * Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. * Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, in Spanish, and possibly in other languages depending on organizational and project needs. * Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams. * Skills to effectively manage time, set priorities, and meet tight deadlines. **Responsibilities:** * Development of Employment Programs and Projects: + Design, plan, and implement programs and projects promoting the employability of persons with disabilities and vulnerable groups, addressing their specific needs and facilitating their access to the labour market. Ability to identify areas for improvement and opportunities in the labour market for persons with disabilities, and develop initiatives fostering their inclusion and active participation in employment. * Individual Employment Counselling and Support: + Provide individualized counselling and support to persons with disabilities seeking employment, helping them identify their skills, interests, and employment needs, as well as facilitating their access to employment resources and opportunities. + Advise on workplace accommodations, assistive technologies, and available employment integration programs for persons with disabilities. + Promotion of Labour Inclusion: + Promote the labour inclusion of persons with disabilities through awareness-raising and collaboration with employers, companies, and public and private bodies. + Develop strategies and actions to eliminate barriers and prejudices in the workplace, as well as to foster inclusive and accessible working environments. * Employment Capacity Building: + Facilitate training and skill development opportunities tailored to the employment needs of persons with disabilities, including technical, social, communication, and personal autonomy skills. + Develop on-the-job training programs, professional internships, and employment skills training adapted to the individual needs of persons with disabilities. * Labour Market Networks and Alliances: + Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with companies, training centres, public bodies, social organizations, and other key actors in the labour market and disability sectors. + Participate in inclusive employment networks and strategic alliances to promote the employability of persons with disabilities and facilitate their labour market integration. * Evaluation of Employment Programs: + Conduct analyses and evaluations of employment programs and policies for persons with disabilities, identifying good practices, lessons learned, and areas for improvement. + Collect data, prepare reports, and generate evidence to inform decision-making and the design of effective interventions in the field of inclusive employment. * Social work responsibilities.
