**Description:**
----------------
At Tokio School, we are seeking a Full Stack development professional to collaborate on the creation and delivery of a new training program focused on modern web technologies and Artificial Intelligence applied to software development.
This is a professional collaboration, not an employment relationship.
**What profile are we looking for?**
We seek a software engineer or Full Stack developer with solid experience in:
* Next.js and Vercel.
* JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
* Node.js and its ecosystem.
* Web application development and architecture.
* Networks and web services.
* Using Artificial Intelligence tools within the standard development workflow.
Practical and continuous experience with Claude Code over the past few months—using it as a real working tool—is essential.
**What do we value?**
* A degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related fields.
* Experience in technology companies, digital product environments, or modern technological development settings.
* Ability to communicate clearly.
* Interest in education and ease in explaining technical concepts in a practical manner.
* Up-to-date knowledge of the industry and of new AI-assisted workflows.
This collaboration targets professionals specialized in modern web development. We are not seeking profiles primarily focused on Java, Python, banking, or traditional technology environments.
**What will the collaboration involve?**
The selected candidate will participate in reviewing, adapting, and creating program content. The content already exists, and some modules are already complete.
* Content adaptation: Review and update existing theoretical materials, adapting them according to your experience, technical judgment, and working methodology.
* Practice preparation: Review, adjust, and prepare hands-on activities for each module so they are clear, current, and applicable to real-world situations. The practices have already been created, but we seek someone who can make them their own and adapt them to the program’s approach. The course will include approximately 13 hands-on practices—one per module.
* Final project: Review and adapt the program’s final project. Students will progressively build it through deliverables from the various modules.
* Video recording: Record approximately 70 instructional videos corresponding to Modules 3 through 13\. Each video is estimated to last between 20 and 30 minutes and will include explanations, examples, demonstrations, and hands-on development. This portion of the collaboration is expected to be completed by October\-November 2026\.
* Live sessions: Deliver one live session weekly or biweekly, depending on the program schedule. These sessions may focus on Q&A, practice development and review, final project follow-up, analysis of real-world projects, practical use of AI tools, or common professional experiences and scenarios.
**Work Tools**
* Reveal.js for slide and script creation.
* Working repositories on GitHub. We use Classroomperfecto5O for practice management and tracking.
* Base materials and content provided by Tokio School.
We seek a person with sound technical judgment, genuine professional experience, and the ability to convey knowledge clearly, up-to-date, and practically.
Economic terms and the collaboration timeline will be explained during the selection process.
