At IMPLASER, a leading company in the manufacturing and distribution of photoluminescent signage, adhesive labels, safety signs, evacuation signs, and wayfinding systems, we are seeking a motivated individual eager to learn and grow in technical signage drafting. Prior experience is not required: we will train you on our proprietary software IMPLACAD and on interpreting safety drawings. We seek someone with a solid foundation in CAD, strong enthusiasm for drafting, and a desire to grow within an established company. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Learn and apply our signage system (e.g., "YOU ARE HERE") onto existing drawings. * Develop signage projects and drawings using our IMPLACAD software, supported by our technical team. * Assist in reviewing and correcting drawings according to client specifications and manufacturing requirements. * Collaborate daily with the development and manufacturing teams. * Document each project in compliance with regulations, guided by experienced colleagues. **Requirements:** * Education: Vocational Training (Intermediate or Advanced Level) in Drafting, Prepress, Construction, or related fields (Dual Vocational Training or recent graduates are also welcome). * No prior work experience required; academic internships or projects using AutoCAD are highly valued. * Basic-to-intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD (Illustrator and Revit are advantageous but not mandatory). * **Personal vehicle required to commute to our facilities (mandatory).** * Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and strong teamwork orientation. **What we offer:** * Employment at an established, sector-leading company. * Comprehensive, customized training on our proprietary IMPLACAD software. * Close mentoring from an experienced technical team. * Full-time contract. * Salary: €21,000 gross/year (entry-level position, with internal career progression opportunities).
