We’re seeking an experienced **Engineering Manager (DevOps)** to lead a team of skilled DevOps engineers within Catalyst Integration Manager Services team. As a leader, you’ll set the technical direction, coach engineers, and drive delivery excellence across infrastructure, CI/CD, and deployment automation. You’ll also collaborate closely with software engineering and product teams to ensure the delivered solutions run reliably, securely, and at scale across both cloud and on\-prem customer environments. **Responsibilities:** * Lead, mentor and manage the CatIMs DevOps team \- fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement * Oversee the design and implementation of scalable infrastructure, release pipelines, and monitoring solutions * Help with the definition of the DevOps tooling and deployment strategy for CatIM * Partakes to hands\-on DevOps activities when needed, with a problem\-solving attitude * Lead and act as the Cat\-IMs DevOps subject matter expert * Own the end\-to\-end delivery of infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and internal tooling * Work closely with software engineers to enable seamless integration, deployment, and observability of new features * Define and promote standards for infrastructure\-as\-code, container orchestration, and release automation * Manage end\-to\-end release and deployment activities, including infrastructure analysis, environment\-specific configuration, and hands\-on support during on\-premise installations * Implement standard and complex changes on platform components * Participate in pre\-sales engagements and customer discussions * Contribute to effort estimations, project scoping, and planning activities * Collaborate with Product, Development, and Architecture teams on backlog management, bug resolution, and the design of client\-requested features. **Technical skills:** **Must Have:** * 7\+ years in DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering, including 2\+ years in a leadership or mentorship role * Strong cloud background (preferably AWS) with a solid understanding of cloud security and networking principles * Hands\-on expertise with Terraform, Helm, Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes * Experience with CI/CD systems (GitLab pipelines) * Proficiency with Linux administration and Bash scripting * Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (IP routing, VPNs, configuration, troubleshooting) * Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills * Previous experience in pre\-sales activities * A growth mindset \- eager to learn, guide, and improve processes continuously. **Nice to Have:** * Experience leading cloud migration or modernization initiatives (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) * Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Durable Execution Solutions) * Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) are a strong plus * Background in fintech, payments (SWIFT), or regulated financial environments. **Soft skills** * Good communication and presentation skills, problem\-solving skills, learning attitude and openness, process orientation. **We guarantee:** * Excellent compensation and benefits package including medical insurance and sports activities. * International experience in a stable company: the company has offices in Antwerp, Lisbon, Krakow, Kyiv, New York and operates on the market for over 15 years. * Passionate team in an innovative casual, positive, and open work environment ready to meet your new ideas. * Great opportunities for personal and professional development as well as the chance to change the way the business works in the financial world. * Work where you're most productive \- remote, in\-office, or hybrid options available. **Join us to make an impact on the entire financial world!** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: 79,000\.00€ \- 90,000\.00€ per year Work Location: Remote
