In the Customer Experience Unit, we work on creating, developing, and expanding all types of digital channels and customer management applications for businesses, covering the complete lifecycle of any digital initiative in areas such as customer and employee experience, marketing, data and analytics, or integration. Our clients are large companies across various sectors including Telco, Insurance, Banking, Industry, Tourism, Energy and Utilities, as well as the Public sector. **WHAT WILL YOU DO ON A DAILY BASIS?** ------------------------------- * You will be responsible for performing technical tasks requiring the necessary knowledge to code and verify complex programs and/or modules based on technical specifications defined by business analysts, architects, or more experienced developers, ensuring their proper functionality. * You will carry out coding of programs and customization of required tools. * You will be in charge of designing, executing, documenting, and managing iterations in unit testing and their results. * You will ensure quality control of your developments, detecting and resolving coding and execution errors and incidents. * You will produce technical documentation and user manuals, adhering to the established methodology and based on functional and technical designs. * You will inform the Analyst and/or Project Manager about any risks, incidents, or obstacles affecting project quality. **WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** ------------------------- * University education (Bachelor's, Master's, Higher Engineering, Technical Engineering) or vocational training (FP) in the IT field * **Languages:** desirable advanced level of English * **Technical knowledge** + Possess technical knowledge of the technologies used within the Unit, acquired through university or vocational training.
