Their main responsibilities will include actively seeking new customers, including construction companies, self-employed professionals, and public administrations. Additionally, it will be essential to maintain and expand the existing customer portfolio by identifying their needs and offering tailored solutions. This role will require providing technical advice on the most suitable types of machinery, their performance, and the most advantageous rental terms. The candidate will also prepare and negotiate commercial offers, ensuring achievement of revenue and margin targets. Coordination with other departments—such as operations or logistics—will be critical to guaranteeing flawless service and customer satisfaction, as well as appropriate control of commercial risks. A results-oriented mindset and the ability to independently manage commercial activities within the region will be highly valued. The contract will be temporary, with the possibility of extension.
