We are seeking a professional with experience in databases, BI, and reporting to participate in transformation and advanced analytics projects within a high-level corporate environment. **Conditions** --------------- * Permanent contract * Work location: León (city center) * Work mode: Hybrid – up to 40% remote work * Working hours: Full-time * Salary: Based on professional experience: €35,000–40,000 **Your Responsibilities** ------------- * Design, management, and optimization of relational databases * Development and maintenance of dashboards and KPI indicators * Creation of executive reporting and analytics for management * Participation in digital transformation and data analytics projects * Information modeling and ETL processes * Monitoring and coordination of technology projects * Liaison with various teams and business areas * Continuous improvement of processes and data quality REQUIREMENTS **Mandatory** ------------------ * More than 4 years of experience in databases, reporting, and BI * Experience with SQL, Oracle and/or MySQL * Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView or SAP BO * Experience in data analysis and dashboard development * Knowledge of agile and/or traditional methodologies (Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2) * Analytical capability and results orientation * Experience in complex corporate environments * Technical university degree related to IT, data, or engineering **Desirable** ------------ * Experience in sectors such as defense, telecommunications, energy, banking, or transportation * Knowledge of ETL processes and advanced data modeling * Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously * Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and management **Digital Group** We are a team of over 100 technology professionals, offering stable projects with leading national and international clients, developing solutions in Artificial Intelligence, Cloud, Cybersecurity, etc. We commit to supporting you throughout every project phase, ensuring your professional growth with us and that your contribution truly matters. * **Want to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and seek new challenges?
