Position Summary: Oversee the evolution, maintenance, and scalability of the Medallia tool, coordinating with vendors and leading Customer Voice projects with business and IT teams. MISSION The mission of this position is to oversee the evolution, maintenance, and scalability of the Medallia tool within the Customer domain. To achieve this, the role will actively participate in business-driven needs identification processes and coordinate with vendors to assess solution feasibility and requirements viability. Additionally, the role must lead Customer Voice (Medallia) projects, working closely with Business units as well as with cross-line IT teams—including Architecture and Infrastructure—and vertical-line IT teams such as Performance and Contracting. The role ensures development quality and delivery excellence across projects and evolutionary initiatives, guaranteeing optimal development execution and adherence to best practices by vendors supporting us. The role must also monitor project KPIs, manage service capacity in alignment with contractual obligations, ensure adherence to estimated timelines per company SLAs, track incident volume, and guarantee that our Medallia service meets development deadlines, maintains effective backlog control, and continuously reduces incidents. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Provide business support in identifying their needs to guide them toward the optimal solution, clarify doubts, and deliver any required information. Demonstrate strong communication capabilities with business areas—adapting and tailoring messages appropriately for business stakeholders—as well as with Technology colleagues, enabling technical meetings for project development with Architecture and other teams related to the Customer context and its integration into Santalucia’s current technological ecosystem. Manage projects/evolutionary initiatives end\-to\-end—from reviewing business requirements and controlling planning through tracking tasks across involved teams, managing risks and issues, to solution implementation. Maintain oversight and drive the evolution, design, and maintenance of projects, evolutionary initiatives, and the Medallia tool itself. Conduct service performance reviews, execute processes, and investigate incidents using company tools and/or log analysis. REQUIREMENTS **Required Experience:** 5 years of experience in development project management. **Azure Knowledge:** DataFactory, DataBricks. **Java Knowledge:** Spring Boot, Spring Batch, MyBatis. Knowledge of API development as well as design and testing tools: JSON, SwaggerHub, Postman, SoapUI, etc. Required Knowledge Bachelor's degree and/or University Degree in Computer Science or related field. Valuable: Certifications or knowledge of the Medallia platform (implementations, platform-related projects, etc.). **Skills:** * Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with business stakeholders and key personnel within the IT organization. * Project and risk management capabilities. * Analytical mindset and ability to challenge assumptions to pursue development excellence. * Flexibility to adapt to changes and new functionalities. * Commitment to achieving established objectives.
