DESCRIPTION At Pierre \& Vacances, we are looking for a Junior Operational Management Controller with an analytical mindset and enthusiasm to drive efficiency in the dynamic tourism sector environment. If you are motivated by working with data, understanding the business from within, and participating in strategic decision-making alongside operational teams, this role is for you. **Your Mission:** Ensure control and analysis of the operating account of assets, contributing to cost optimization and continuous improvement of operational performance. **Your Responsibilities:** * Participate in monthly accounting closings, particularly in controlling operational expenses. * Analyze operational results of resorts and propose improvements. * Prepare internal reporting for performance monitoring. * Collaborate in budget preparation together with hotel managers and operational management. * Support management in decision-making through financial and operational analysis. * Identify risks and opportunities in operating costs. **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract. * Salary between 28\.000€ and 30\.000€ \+ 10% variable. * Meal vouchers. * Offices in Barcelona. * 2 days of remote work per week. * Opportunity to join an international leader in the tourism sector. Analytical, organized profile with strong adaptability. Autonomy, rigor, and results-oriented mindset. Proficiency in Excel (mandatory). Knowledge of Power BI or Power Query is a plus. Spanish and English; French is a plus.
