But also: * Hold at least a bachelor’s or master’s degree. * Have 3–5 years of payroll experience; however, junior profiles are also encouraged to apply. * Possess a strong interest in HR policy in general—and in remuneration, payroll, and social legislation in particular. * Have a passion for SMEs and the ability to translate HR topics into practical solutions for your clients. * Feel connected to the world of entrepreneurs. * Are curious, strongly client-focused, and meticulous in your work. * Contribute to our team spirit with a healthy dose of humor and flair. **What tasks can you expect?** * Building trust-based relationships with your client contacts—primarily via telephone. * Managing, calculating, and verifying payroll for your clients. * Guiding and advising clients on using their ICT packages for payroll and employment administration. * Advising clients on questions related to the employment of their staff. * Knowing SD Worx’s offerings and tailoring them to meet your clients’ needs—and presenting those solutions effectively. * Building knowledge and experience across various domains of payroll and social legislation. * Based on your talents and interests/ambitions, you’ll have the opportunity to independently offer and/or deliver certain services.
