Identifying opportunities and improving internal processes DESCRIPTION We are looking to hire a junior profile with an analytical mindset and business orientation, eager to grow within a strategic consulting environment delivering real impact. ### **What will be your role?** You will join the team to support the development and structuring of the firm’s commercial activities, integrating analysis, strategy, and execution. On a day-to-day basis: * You will identify business opportunities across various sectors and customer types * You will support the structuring and tracking of the commercial pipeline * You will analyze market and contextual information to detect strategic opportunities * You will collaborate on preparing commercial proposals and client-facing materials * You will participate in commercial meetings, contributing analytical insight and perspective * You will support the organization and tracking of leads and contacts (CRM – HubSpot) You will contribute to improving internal business development processes and reporting * REQUIREMENTS ### **What are we looking for?** * 1–3 years of experience in: * consulting, business development, strategy, or business analysis * Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields * Analytical, structured profile with strong interest in business * Ability to work with data and convert it into actionable insights * Strong communication skills and ability to synthesize information * Interest in complex environments and strategic decision-making * CRM experience (HubSpot or similar) is a plus
