Job Summary: We are seeking an Engineer to lead and coordinate web projects, managing the entire project lifecycle using both agile and traditional methodologies. Key Highlights: 1. Application of Agile and Traditional Methodologies We are looking for an Engineer to serve as the Web Project Manager, possessing both technical and managerial capabilities. Key Responsibilities: * Leadership and Coordination: Coordinate with clients on project management, quality control, and risk management. * Lifecycle Management: Oversee all phases from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenance. * Methodologies: Apply traditional and/or agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Métrica v3…). * IT Governance: Ensure service management complies with ITIL standards. * Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the development team. Required Education, Certifications, and Experience: * Education: Technical or Senior Engineering degree (MECES 2 or 3\) in software-related fields. * Active PMP or PRINCE2\ certification. * Experience: More than 6 years of experience in web project development. Desired Competencies: * Analytical ability and strategic vision. * Communication and negotiation skills. * Results-oriented mindset and conflict resolution capability.
