This role is based in our SoHo, NYC headquarters with the option to be partially or fully remote. #### **What You'll Do** * Own projects end\-to\-end: scope requirements, design systems, implement solutions, and monitor them in production. * Write clean, well\-tested Rust code and raise the bar through thoughtful code reviews. * Build and maintain infrastructure that keeps Unichain reliable, performant, and available 24/7\. * Proactively identify gaps in our systems and propose practical solutions that move us forward. * Participate in on\-call rotations to ensure chain stability and rapid incident response. * Work cross\-functionally to turn complex, ambiguous problems into clear technical plans. #### **What You'll Bring** * **5\+ years** of backend engineering experience with a track record of shipping production systems. * Experience building and operating distributed systems or blockchain infrastructure. * Comfort with ambiguity: you can take an unclear problem, break it down, and deliver results. * Solid understanding of cloud architectures, system design, and debugging at scale.
