**About the Position** We are seeking a **Junior Architect with a commercial mindset** to join a specialized team focused on identifying, analyzing, and developing real estate investment opportunities. We are looking for an architecture graduate who, in addition to possessing technical expertise, demonstrates genuine interest in **real estate investment, opportunity analysis, and commercial aspects**. The goal is progressive development into a **Team Lead** role, assuming increasing responsibility for identifying and managing investment transactions. **Your Responsibilities** * Identify and analyze properties with investment potential and detect acquisition opportunities. * Evaluate transactions and assess their economic and technical feasibility. * Analyze market prices, potential renovations, change-of-use possibilities, and other value-add alternatives. * Identify opportunities related to **change of use, renovation, repositioning, and other investment transactions**. * Conduct preliminary cost, profitability, and potential analyses for each property. * Participate in sourcing, negotiation, and submission of offers. * Support the management and monitoring of renovation works. * Coordinate with architects, technical professionals, engineers, and other collaborators. * Gain familiarity with and participate in basic licensing and urban planning procedures. * Assist in preparing commercial proposals and documentation for investors. * Participate in marketing and commercial outreach activities related to real estate opportunities. **What We Are Looking For** * Bachelor’s degree in **Architecture** or equivalent qualification. * Basic knowledge of **licensing procedures, change-of-use regulations, and urban planning legislation**. * Knowledge or experience in **residential renovation projects**. * Ability to analyze properties from both technical and economic perspectives. * Interest in **real estate investment and business development**. * Commercial orientation, initiative, and ability to identify opportunities. * Proficiency in **Excel or similar tools**. * Experience or knowledge in **marketing, sales, and commercial opportunity generation** will be valued. * Strong organizational skills and autonomy. * Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. **What We Especially Value** We do not seek only a technical profile.
