We are seeking a **self-employed Technical Architect** to join a residential project comprising **42 homes in La Pobla de Vallbona**. The selected candidate will be responsible for **project management, monitoring, and site control**, coordinating daily work, verifying proper execution of the project, and supervising deadlines, quality standards, and adherence to the planned schedule. **Terms:** * Self-employed professional. * Full-time position. * 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday. * Full-time on-site integration. * Fee: **€4,500/month**. * **Additional performance-based bonus upon project completion.** * Residential project comprising **42 homes**. **Main responsibilities:** * Daily site management and control. * Coordination of industrial contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Review of execution, quality standards, and measurements. * Deadline and scheduling control. * Monitoring and resolution of on-site issues. * Communication with the property owner, technical director, and engineering team.
