An architecture firm founded in 2005 and specialized in residential, hotel, and commercial projects seeks to hire 2 Junior Architects for its Barcelona offices on a full-time basis. CC245 Arquitectes is characterized by preparing architectural projects with great rigor and detail in execution, maintaining exhaustive control over the entire process—from initial design through to project completion. We seek a methodical, proactive individual, enthusiastic and eager to learn, and willing to work collaboratively as part of a team. The candidate will participate in all phases of project development, including technical reports and graphic documentation. Knowledge of regulations, official approvals, and coordination with governmental authorities will be valued. Collaboration in and development of Basic Projects, Execution Projects, and participation in competitions, all using BIM methodology. IMPORTANT: We use Revit. Minimum 3 years of experience.
