Responsibilities: * Perform microcomputer support and maintenance operations. * Manage and administer hardware and software according to team requirements. * Carry out system monitoring tasks to ensure proper functionality. * Participate in debugging incidents related to microcomputing and development environments such as Java. * Collaborate in database management, with special focus on MySQL. * Provide technical support in both French and Spanish, facilitating communication with international teams. REQUIREMENTS Requirements: * Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support and/or system administration roles. * Vocational training in Systems and Networks (CFGS) or equivalent. * Fluent French level (mandatory for communication with international teams). * Solid knowledge of microcomputer hardware and software. * Knowledge of system monitoring. * Familiarity with development environments such as Java. * Mandatory database knowledge, especially MySQL. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
