You will join a specialized team developing and evolving a custom syndicated loan management platform for a major financial institution. Main Responsibilities Operational coordination of the development team throughout the project delivery phase. Review technical impacts of new enhancements and provide accurate effort and timeline estimates. Take ownership of implementing improvements to the Java-based loan management platform. Manage code promotion across different environments (pre-production and production) following CI/CD processes (Jenkins/Bitbucket). Profile Requirements Minimum 5 years with Java (8 and 11\), Struts, Spring Framework (Boot, Batch), and Hibernate. At least 2 years leading small development teams. Proficiency in Oracle/SQL and tools such as Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and JIRA. **Work Model:** Hybrid (3 days onsite at Calle Isabel Collbrand 3, Madrid; 2 days remote). **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience with REST APIs/Services and knowledge of the NOVA platform.
