If you enjoy deciphering processes, bringing clarity to complexity, and collaborating closely with development teams to ensure everything fits together, **this could be the start of your next professional challenge**. ***What do we need from you?*** * More than 7 years of experience in IT projects. * At least 5 years of experience in technical consulting, analysis, design, and development of information systems. * Proficiency in the microservices paradigm, working with: Spring Boot (Java) and Oracle relational databases. * Development infrastructure management with continuous integration, operating in Kubernetes execution environments. * Proficiency with tools such as Maven, Docker, Git, and GitLab for application lifecycle management. ***What will some of your responsibilities be?*** * Business and technical consulting, participating in organic analysis and information systems development. * Functional analysis and technical design, including logical and physical data modeling. * Functional analysis based on: * + - Legacy and new requirements - Source code (Java, JSP, Hibernate, Oracle DB). * Creation of technical documentation for Confluence / Jira, according to prior analysis: + Use cases in Confluence. + Functional requirements (legacy or new) in Jira. + Analysis and development tasks in Jira. * Communication with the development team: + Clarifying functional doubts during implementation. + Testing in lower environments (Development, Integrated Development). * Supporting functional design resulting from legislative changes. * Technical support for functional review and system validation testing + Conducting internal tests to validate the environment before QA teams initiate testing. * Communication with QA, Security, and Containerization teams to resolve incidents or queries regarding an environment under validation. * Collaboration in environment preparation activities, deployments, configuration management, and change management. ***What do we offer?*** * Integration into a team of motivated professionals in a dynamic work environment. * A sustainable management model and effective equality policies fostering open and inclusive workplaces. * The opportunity to join a pioneering, human-centered, and approachable 100% technology company, tackling authentic challenges. * Hybrid work mode with 33% on-site presence (**Pozuelo de Alarcón / Northern Area**). * Indefinite-term contract, full-time schedule, hybrid/remote model, and flexible hours—making work-life balance a reality, not just a wish. * Immediate incorporation for a Public Sector project. * English classes sponsored by the company and certification exam preparation. * Negotiable salary, commensurate with experience. * Every Friday features a compressed workday to help you start Mondays with renewed energy! * 23 working days of vacation per collective agreement, plus December 24th and 31st as additional rest days.
