Application Analyst

We are looking for an **Application Analyst** to join our team in a remote work environment. The selected candidate will participate in projects involving the analysis, design, and development of software applications, collaborating on outsourcing service management and the evolution of technological solutions in complex environments. Therefore, we promote an environment where every professional can develop, contribute new ideas, and participate in regionally and globally impactful projects. **Responsibilities** * Analyze functional and technical requirements for software application design * Design solutions aligned with business needs and established standards * Coordinate activities related to application outsourcing services * Participate in the development and evolution of applications across various technology environments * Supervise solution quality using methodologies, standards, and configuration processes * Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and technological transformation **Requirements** * University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Sciences (or equivalent as specified in tender documents) * Minimum 2 years of experience as an Analyst, 2 years as an Analyst-Programmer, and 2 years in application outsourcing services or projects with teams exceeding 5 members * Demonstrable experience in analysis, design, and development of software applications, as well as in the technology environments relevant to this position * Experience in REDU * Knowledge of quality methodologies, configuration management, and software lifecycle * Minimum 1 year of experience in Agile environments applying Scrum * Accredited training in application outsourcing, project management, application analysis and design, quality/configuration, and technologies related to the scope of work * Experience in Public Sector or Government Administration projects **Nice to have** * Oracle Certified Associate (OCA) certification * Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification * Spring Certified Professional certification * Official certification in Angular, TypeScript, or equivalent technologies * Oracle Database SQL Certified Associate certification * Oracle Database Administration or PL/SQL Certified Professional certification * Official certification in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, or intelligent agent development * Technical knowledge of Java, Spring, Angular, TypeScript, and Oracle **We offer** * • Indefinite-term contract with competitive salary• Flexible work mode and possibility of remote work• Personalized career plan and continuous training• Participation in stable projects with a high technical component• Flexible working hours and focus on work-life balance• Social benefits tailored to your needs
