This is primarily a space for leisure, socialization, and expression for older adults in the municipality. It is a group involving around 15 people, men and women, aged over 65. If the profile matches, they will be contacted to proceed with the **definition of the assignment** and submission of the **economic proposal**. **What will be required?** * Guide the group in selecting the play to perform, considering the interests and suggestions of all participants. * Lead the role distribution process collaboratively and with team spirit. * Make minor adaptations to the script to suit the group, individual abilities, and available rehearsal time. * Coordinate volunteers responsible for costumes, set design, and music. * Foster a participatory, enjoyable, and respectful environment where everyone feels comfortable and can enjoy the creative process. * Coordinate the final performance at the Municipal Hall, ensuring everything is ready and that everyone knows their role both on and off stage. **What profile are we looking for?** * Training in performing arts (professional or voluntary experience) * Social sensitivity: ability to adapt to the diversity of senior participants. * Basic conflict management and group facilitation skills. * Knowledge of how amateur theater groups operate and/or experience working with older adults will be valued. **Conditions:** * **Type of engagement:** commercial collaboration, payment via invoice. * **Open budget:** we expect to receive economic proposals based on the proposed project and level of commitment. * Payment method: to be agreed upon with the selected candidate, according to the rehearsal schedule and final performance. * **Schedule:** the group rehearses on Mondays and Wednesdays from 18:00 to 20:00 during the school year. * **Approximate duration:** linked to the school calendar.
