As an **AI Senior Developer**, you will be the engine of innovation for a global leader in AI solutions. Your mission will be to design, implement, and manage scalable and secure **Generative AI** solutions in **AWS** environments, leading the creation of RAG systems and Intelligent Agents that transform industries. ### **Your Challenges and Responsibilities:** * **Cutting-Edge Architecture:** Design end\-to\-end solutions (RAG, inference models, and AI Agents) using the AWS ecosystem (S3, Lambda, Bedrock, OpenSearch). * **MLOps/DevOps Leadership:** Establish CI/CD pipelines for RAG knowledge bases, prompt management, and multi\-step agent deployment. * **Infrastructure as Code (IaC):** Develop reusable templates in **Terraform** or CloudFormation for high-complexity environments. * **Container Orchestration:** Manage microservice deployments using Docker and **Amazon EKS (Kubernetes)**. * **Monitoring and Optimization:** Configure performance, latency, and token consumption alerts using CloudWatch. ### **What We Are Looking For:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related fields. * **Experience:** Proven track record in AI/MLOps roles with full focus on **AWS**. * **Gen AI Expertise:** Proficiency in RAG architectures (vector databases) and multi\-LLM workflows (LangChain). * **Code Mastery:** Expert command of **Python** for scripting and automation. * **Languages:** Advanced **English (C1\)** and Spanish. ### **Bonus Points If You Also Have:** * **AWS Solutions Architect** certifications (Associate or Professional). * Experience with deep learning frameworks (**PyTorch/TensorFlow**). * Background in IT consulting and mastery of **Agile** methodologies. * **You are passionate about learning, sharing ideas, and evolving alongside your team**. ### **What We Offer:** * **Work Mode:** 100% Remote (Spain). * **Duration:** Estimated 12-month contract. * **Culture:** An environment of autonomy, collaboration, and dynamism where your initiative is valued and your growth is supported.
