Job Summary: You will coordinate the development of artificial intelligence models to meet business needs, leading teams and serving as a bridge across departments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead teams of professionals in analytical and AI solutions. 2. Act as a bridge between business, technology, and data, delivering tangible value. 3. Collaborate with engineering to build robust and efficient solutions. **What will you do in the team?** Your mission will be to coordinate the creation of artificial intelligence models that address ELA’s business needs and enhance service delivery. Additionally: You will lead teams of professionals responsible for designing and implementing business-oriented analytical and AI solutions—from definition through adoption. You will supervise and participate in adapting analytical products and models to different countries and business units, accounting for local specifics (market, regulation, digital maturity), and drive the adoption of data products and use cases across geographies. You will act as a bridge between business, technology, and data, ensuring solutions deliver tangible value. You will ensure deployed solutions comply with regulations (e.g., GDPR) and security and privacy standards, as well as apply best practices for handling sensitive data (e.g., anonymization, data governance, responsible data usage). You will oversee the application of MLOps best practices—including model versioning, automation, CI/CD, and retraining—collaborating with data engineering and architecture teams to design robust and efficient solutions. **What do you need?** Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields. A postgraduate degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Business Management is an advantage. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Science / AI with a strong focus on business impact. Languages: English proficiency at least at C1 level. Other skills and knowledge: Willingness to travel internationally. Experience in developing and implementing predictive models; familiarity with ADF, Synapse Analytics, or similar platforms. **What do we offer?** Hybrid remote work model.
