We are seeking an AEM Developer with experience in both AEM Sites and AEM Assets to support the implementation of a MarTech and content foundation. The scope of this role focuses on content delivery and the creation of reusable content structures (including content fragments and DAM usage). The selected candidate will help build a scalable AEM foundation enabling content reuse, proper governance, and integration with Adobe’s MarTech channels. **Key Responsibilities** * Implement and configure required AEM Sites and AEM Assets components for content delivery * Support configuration of content structures and models (including content fragments where applicable) * Configure DAM taxonomy, metadata, and tagging * Configure permissions and supporting structures for authors * Support approval workflows and collaborative authoring in coordination with business teams * Configure delivery endpoints and APIs (headless patterns when necessary) * Support integrations with Adobe’s MarTech platform * Configure reusable patterns and templates for multi-channel content reuse * Support content author training and knowledge transfer to teams * Contribute to technical documentation and implementation standards **Requirements / Experience** * Practical experience in development and configuration of AEM Sites * Practical experience in development and configuration of AEM Assets (DAM) * Experience with content fragments and structured content * Experience with tagging, taxonomy, and metadata * Knowledge of content delivery patterns (APIs / headless concepts) * Experience configuring permissions, workflows, and authoring environments * Solid understanding of content reuse and content governance in enterprise environments * Ability to collaborate with technical teams and business users * Professional-level English proficiency **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with Dynamic Media * Experience integrating AEM with Adobe MarTech products * Experience in multi-market or multi-brand environments * Experience in regulated industries or those with stringent content approval and governance requirements At **Accenture**, a company recognized as a Great Place To Work®, we champion a hybrid work model that—powered by technology and our facilities—enables us to maintain the essential human connection needed to collaborate effectively with our teams and clients.
