**Responsibilities:**
* Understand and manage patient prescriptions for all Impress treatment types.
* Design orthodontic treatment plans from scanned 3D images using specialized orthodontic correction software, creating virtual setups aligned with patient needs and Impress clinical protocols.
* Review and approve final treatment plans—including initial plans and refinements—to initiate the production phase.
* Represent Impress by building trust-based relationships with patients and helping them identify the optimal treatment solution that best meets their needs and exceeds their expectations.
* Ensure continuous compliance with Impress quality standards and clinical protocols.
* Achieve efficiency and quality KPIs to deliver the best possible experience to our patients.
* Collaborate with the team to foster a positive, dynamic, and success-oriented work environment.
* Maintain a proactive attitude, sustained motivation, and results orientation.
* Lead by example and champion continuous improvement.
**What you need to succeed:**
* Degree in Dentistry, with experience or training in Orthodontics.
* Prior experience in a similar role.
* Ability to learn, discipline, and autonomy.
* Commitment, goal orientation, and results focus.
* Experience using dental design software.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Team spirit and proactive attitude.
