Permanent contract. 23/06/2026 Job Description Through ISPROX, we are recruiting for our client — a family-owned construction company in the Osona region — a Technical Site Manager who wishes to join a consolidated and forward-looking project. Responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise the execution of construction works, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with established deadlines. * Monitor suppliers, contractors, and on-site work teams. * Control execution according to budget and allocated resources. * Resolve technical and organizational issues arising during construction. * Support planning of tasks and materials management. * Verify proper application of current regulations and the company’s internal procedures. Requirements * Qualification: Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or equivalent training related to the construction sector. * Requirements: \- Minimum 4 years’ experience in similar roles as a Technical Site Manager. + Solid knowledge of construction execution and monitoring. + Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or equivalent training related to the construction sector. + Ability to work in a team, solve problems, and manage time effectively.
