Resolve patient-related issues or inconveniences in collaboration with the clinic team or headquarters teams as needed.** * **Connect with and build genuine relationships with our customers.** * **Respond to all calls and emails with a sense of urgency.** * **Follow up with potential customers and maintain them in a pipeline for future opportunities.** * **Self-motivation and hunger for success.
