* Nursing assistant for a residence in Pozuelo de Alarcón\* We are seeking staff to take charge of residents' care and well-being. Duties include assisting with personal hygiene, serving and administering food, and facilitating intake for those who require it. Repositioning of residents is also performed, collaboration in preparation for transfers is provided—including accompaniment and support—and cooperation with the healthcare team is required for medication administration and assistance to users in maintenance exercises according to professional instructions. Additionally, rooms must be kept orderly; laundry must be collected and taken to the laundry facility; beds must be made following quality criteria, paying attention to folds and risk areas, while always respecting each person's privacy. Another part of the job involves observing and recording in the incident log any physical or behavioral changes detected, reporting updates regarding residents' health status.
