You will join a growing agency, working **side by side with the agency manager** and alongside the **Events Intern**, participating in real projects from day one. If you enjoy marketing, events, and contributing ideas, this position will allow you to see **how marketing initiatives are conceived and executed from start to finish**, within a close-knit, dynamic environment that encourages your input. What will you do daily? * Bring marketing and communication ideas to life (especially on social media and content). * Support the creation of copy, visual materials, and promotional assets. * Collaborate on the organization and promotion of events (before, during, and after). * Research trends, references, and inspiration for campaigns and events. * Assist with management and tracking of activities, always with direct supervision. * Participate in creative meetings and contribute your perspective. Who are we looking for? * Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Communications, Events, or related fields. * Genuine interest in marketing, creativity, and the events industry. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and no hesitation to ask questions. * Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital tools (Canva, Google Drive, etc.). * What do we offer? * Real and continuous learning, working directly with the agency manager. * Active participation in real projects and events. * A close-knit environment where your ideas matter. * Practical experience ideal for launching your marketing career.
