At CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, we are looking to hire a Scientific Equipment Coordinator to join our team in Tres Cantos, providing direct technical support to one of our key clients in the scientific/pharmaceutical sector. If you have experience in regulated environments, technical knowledge, and are motivated to work closely with scientific areas to ensure proper equipment functionality, we want to meet you! What will you do in this role? You will be part of the LIS team, delivering specialized technical support and ensuring the availability of scientific equipment. Your key responsibilities will include: Providing first-line support, calibrations, and basic maintenance for Category 1 assets\. Coordinating installation, maintenance, relocation, and support of scientific instrumentation. Acting as the primary point of contact for external contractors, ensuring EHS/GxP inductions and reviewing RAMS prior to issuing work permits. Properly managing equipment shipments for calibration and ensuring accurate recording of technical documentation. Updating and reviewing records in the CMMS, including key metrics such as MTTR and MTBF. Keeping users informed about request status and escalating incidents when necessary. Supporting audits, documentation, and inspection processes. Collaborating daily with the LIS team to improve equipment availability, efficiency, and safety. Requirements Prior experience in LIS environments. Experience or training in cGxP. Background in Science/Engineering (HNC/HND). Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated environments. What We Offer? The minimum salary for the Mobile Facilities Engineer position is $25\.96 per hour and the maximum salary for the Mobile Facilities Engineer position is $33\.00 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
