We work with minors at risk of social exclusion, under the guardianship of the Community of Madrid. Availability for rotating night shifts from Monday to Sunday is required. **Immediate incorporation is required.** **Full-time****:** Responsibilities: * Assist in implementing the center’s general and individual educational programs for minors or young people, under the supervision of educators and in coordination with the rest of the educational team, performing auxiliary, complementary, and supportive tasks. * Conduct observational duties, documenting shift-related incidents through established reporting channels. * Provide basic care alongside other center or program staff, ensuring the physical and psychological integration of minors and young people. * Prepare and complete all documentation relevant to assigned responsibilities and participate in developing specific projects according to minors’ needs and center or program activities. * Meet minors’ basic needs within the residential home and provide necessary accompaniment during the assigned shift. **Profile:** A qualification in Social Integration is mandatory, along with prior experience working with minors at risk of social exclusion.
