TASKS • Collaborate with the kitchen team in processes including receipt of raw materials, storage, thawing, temperature control, handling, cleaning, and disinfection. • Perform scheduled tasks related to dish preparation and presentation. • Carry out periodic cleaning tasks as established in the cleaning plan. • Handle food in compliance with current regulations. • Inspect and monitor kitchen equipment and tools, reporting any issues accordingly. ### **Requirements** • Minimum 2 years’ experience in gastronomic hotels. • Proactivity and dynamism. • Positive attitude, teamwork, initiative, and results orientation. ### **Offered** • 40-hour weekly contract • Job stability and competitive salary. • Opportunity to join a rapidly expanding chain.
