Preparation and service of cocktails, mixed drinks, and beverages according to establishment standards. Crafting classic and signature cocktails. Personalized customer service, anticipating guests’ needs. Beverage, spirit, cocktail, and food-pairing recommendations. Preparation and organization of bar mise en place. Stock control, restocking, and proper product storage. Maintaining bar order, cleanliness, and presentation. Order management and cash handling when applicable. Compliance with hygiene, safety, and service protocols. Collaboration with dining room, kitchen, and F\& B teams. Excellent customer orientation. Strong presence and professional attitude. Communication and interpersonal skills. Creativity and initiative. Attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure. Organizational skills and speed in service. Teamwork. Discretion and professionalism. Knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, and bar products. Prior experience in 5-star Luxury Hotels, luxury boutique hotels, or high-end mixology is desirable.
