Description
A position is offered in the administrative logistics area within the food sector, with a temporary contract and part-time working hours. The main responsibility involves managing daily warehouse documentation, such as receiving and reviewing delivery notes, and accurately entering them into the computer system to maintain an up-to-date inventory control.
Order tracking is also performed from origin to delivery, identifying and reporting any possible incidents or delays. Another key task is archiving and organizing invoices, purchase orders, and transport documents, ensuring all information is readily available and properly classified for future queries or audits. Precision and orderliness are essential, as documentation is critical for coordination with production and transportation teams, and adherence to established deadlines is mandatory.
We seek a methodical individual with strong organizational skills and initiative to practically resolve everyday problems. The work environment is dynamic and demands attention to detail, as any error may impact the supply chain. Prior experience in similar environments and proficiency in basic computer tools are valued.
A Higher Vocational Training Cycle qualification in Administration or a related field is required. At least one year of demonstrable experience in a similar administrative or assistant role within the logistics field is essential. Candidates must be proficient in office software, especially Excel and Word, for data management and report preparation. Teamwork ability, problem-solving orientation, and availability of a personal vehicle for potential travel are considered positive assets.
