At **knowmad mood**, we continue advancing high-impact technology projects and seek to onboard a **Tech Lead .NET** who will act as a reference within the community, supporting both clients and internal teams. We are a **Microsoft Gold Partner** with five competencies and work on high-impact technology projects, combining architectural vision, innovation, and quality. **What will be your mission?** * Technically lead high-value services/projects alongside multidisciplinary teams. * Direct technical engagement with clients: pre-sales, demos, estimations, solution definition, and participation in PoCs/pilots. * Design of modern, robust, and scalable architectures (microservices, CQRS, Clean Architecture, SOLID). * Lead development teams and ensure adherence to best practices and quality engineering. * Deliver internal/external training sessions and participate in technical interviews. * Analyze solution feasibility, technological alternatives, and trade-offs. * Bridge business and technology, ensuring realistic and aligned deliverables. * Participate in internal initiatives, technical presentations, technical marketing, and support for the Microsoft Community. **What are we looking for in you?** * Minimum 10+ years of experience in designing, architecting, and implementing Microsoft enterprise solutions. * Proven experience as an architect or technical leader. * Essential technical expertise: * .NET Core / .NET 8 / .NET 10 * Modern architectures: microservices, CQRS, SOLID, Clean Architecture * Generative AI and refactoring * Azure Cloud (Service Bus, Kubernetes, App Services…) * Azure DevOps, Git, Docker, CI/CD * Messaging: RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus * Databases: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB * Agile methodologies (Scrum) * Personal competencies: * Leadership and technical management of teams. * Ability to engage with clients and communicate complex solutions. * Quality orientation, continuous improvement, and innovation. * Initiative to propose and lead new ways of working. **What do we offer?** * **Permanent contract.** * **Remote work model.** Option to work from offices, but always at the employee’s discretion.
