Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Technician with experience in hybrid environments to administer, support, and migrate Microsoft infrastructures, actively participating in cloud transformation projects. Stable and collaborative technical environment We are looking for a Systems Technician with experience in hybrid environments to join our team. The selected candidate will serve as the technical expert for on-premises Exchange and actively participate in Office 365 (O365) migration projects, as well as in the administration and support of Microsoft infrastructures. **Responsibilities** ---------- * Administration and management of the on-premises Exchange environment. * Support and guidance during mailbox migrations to Office 365 (O365\). * Management of domains and services in Active Directory. * Application of patches and maintenance of on-premises Exchange servers. * Support in Windows environments: SQL Server, IIS, and other associated services. * Participation in technical projects related to messaging and collaboration. * Collaboration with other teams on initiatives requiring Exchange expertise. * Incident resolution and support to the external team responsible for daily operations. **Requirements** -------------- * Proven experience in on-premises Exchange administration. * Knowledge of hybrid Exchange / Office 365\ environments. * Experience with Active Directory. * Knowledge of Windows server administration. * Basic experience with SQL Server and IIS. * Teamwork capability and incident-resolution orientation. * Certification: Messaging Administrator Associate **Benefits** -------------- * Permanent contract. * Hybrid work model: on-site presence required on Tuesdays and Thursdays. * Participation in cloud transformation projects. * Stable and collaborative technical environment. * Professional development and continuous training.
