Work on innovative data products and solutions that drive CKW’s business forward while contributing to Axpo’s broader data initiatives.**What you will do:** Develop data products within Axpo’s Databricks platform, tailored for CKW’s customers but centralized in administration Create ETL and ELT workflows, including DLT pipelines in Databricks Design and consume event queues for event\-driven and resilient data processing Handle high\-resolution timeseries data related to the energy industry Build and maintain the Data Mesh for data products on the platform Manage cloud resources for data orchestration, integration, transformation, and storage using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Work with structured, unstructured, and mass data (“Data Warehouse”, “Lakehouse”, “Big Data”) Implement unit tests, reports, and data quality checks Collaborate in agile setups to drive innovation**What you bring \& who you are:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or a similar field Over 4 years of experience implementing data solutions, ideally with timeseries data Strong Python skills, especially with PySpark and Pandas Proficiency in Databricks and SQL (or Databricks SQL) Experience with Azure Functions, APIs, and timing functions Expertise in resource management using GitHub Actions, Azure Portal, CLI, and Terraform Knowledge of Lakehouse architecture, ETL/ELT techniques, and reporting tools like Power BI Ideally, familiarity with machine learning, IoT, and Data Mesh concepts Experience with agile collaboration methods Analytical mindset with a focus on end\-to\-end data solutions Confident and professional approach to external and internal stakeholders Fluent in English (B2 level); German is a plus**About the team:** At Axpo, you’ll join a dynamic, cross\-functional team committed to innovation and collaboration.
