An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Analyst to join our Pricing Operations Team. As a key member of the team, you will leverage your developing analytical skills to contribute to a variety of projects encompassing pricing strategy, data management, and reporting. You will work closely with multiple departments to define reporting requirements, develop analytical solutions, and provide insights and recommendations to support commercial decision\-making. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze and interpret data, providing actionable insights and recommendations to team members and upper management. * Collaborate with team members to achieve the objectives of the Pricing Operations Team. * Work across global departments to coordinate support for the Transportation Management System (TMS) and maintain customer pricing. * Utilize analytical tools to deliver reporting and analysis for senior leadership. * Assess analytics and reporting needs across the network and provide solutions. * Support the development of prototypes and models to enhance pricing strategies and behaviors. * Maintain strong working relationships with business stakeholders, acting as a process advocate. * Create presentation materials and speeches for management team members. * Stay informed about healthcare industry trends and competitor activity. **What your background should look like** ========================================= **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science, or a related field. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered. * Preferably, 2\+ years’ experience in analytics, project management, or process management. **Skills:** * Strong analytical and conceptual skills to evaluate business problems and develop effective solutions. * Solid business acumen and ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights. * Experience with relational databases (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server or Access) and data management is desirable. * Knowledge of object\-oriented programming (e.g., VBA, Python) and statistical packages (e.g., R, Stata, SPSS) is a plus. * Familiarity with business intelligence tools and best practices is desirable. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential. * Expertise in financial, mathematical, or statistical modeling and analysis. **Schedule** ============ Full time
