




### **Job Title** Oracle Database Administrator (m/f/x) ### **Contract** Permanent contract ### **Workload** 100% FTE ### **Your Mission** As a member of the Infrastructure team, the database administrator is responsible for creating and maintaining database environments. They ensure the availability, integrity, and security of existing databases at CHL. ### **Your Main Responsibilities** * Administer and maintain CHL’s databases. * Manage and optimize backup/archiving processes. * Provide technical support and assistance to IT staff and end users. * Conduct technology monitoring and database control. * Correct configuration issues or security vulnerabilities. ### **Your Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. * Minimum 5 years’ professional experience as a database administrator in a large-scale enterprise. Expertise in data center management and data governance. **Professional Knowledge:** * Proficiency in Oracle and MS SQL databases; knowledge of database concepts such as data models, SQL query languages, and database management tools, * Familiarity with operating systems such as Linux and Microsoft Windows Server, * Expertise in data center management and data governance. **Language Skills:** French, English (spoken and written). Knowledge of German and Luxembourgish is considered an advantage. **Personal Skills and Qualities:** * Strong communication skills. * Commitment to delivering high-quality service to users. * Ability to prioritize tasks in a highly dynamic environment. * Team-oriented work approach. * Meticulousness (documentation of completed work). * Adherence to organizational and technical procedures. * Respect for professional confidentiality. ### **Working Hours** Weekdays: 8:00–12:00 and 13:00–17:00.
