Reporting to the department head, the candidate will ensure **system stability, operational continuity, and optimization of processes** supported by the internal management software. **RESPONSIBILITIES** **Management of the Internal Management Software** * Responsible for the proper functioning of the system * Management of critical incidents * Coordination with vendor or group support **Process Optimization** * Analysis and improvement of laboratory workflow processes * Reduction of manual tasks and operational errors * Alignment between actual processes and the system **Governance and Control** * Validation of changes and enhancements * User, permission, and traceability management * Compliance with quality/audit requirements **Business Liaison** * Single point of contact for laboratory and quality * Translation of operational needs into IT requirements **TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:** * Analyst\-programmer with \+5 years of experience in systems administration, capable of adapting to the management of the company's internal management software, and proficient in: * Mandatory experience with: .NET, C\#, SQL Server * Entity Framework * Configuration of Windows servers, domains, user policies, user permissions, VMware, SharePoint **CONDITIONS:** * Permanent contract * Private health insurance * Hybrid work model (50%) * Location: Murcia * Salary: €28,000–€32,000 gross per annum
