Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Analyst Programmer to ensure the stability and optimization of an internal management program, coordinating with vendors and business units. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the system and incident management 2. Analysis and improvement of workflow processes, reducing manual tasks 3. Single point of contact for laboratory and quality departments, translating operational needs into IT requirements We are recruiting for a client in Murcia, seeking an IT specialist to fill the position of Analyst Programmer. Reporting to the department head, the candidate will ensure **system stability, operational continuity, and process optimization** supported by the internal management program. **RESPONSIBILITIES** **Management of the Internal Management Program** * Responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the system * Management of critical incidents * Coordination with vendor or group support **Process Optimization** * Analysis and improvement of laboratory workflow processes * Reduction of manual tasks and operational errors * Alignment between actual processes and system functionality **Governance and Control** * Validation of changes and system enhancements * User, permission, and audit trail management * Compliance with quality/audit requirements **Business Liaison** * Single point of contact for laboratory and quality departments * Translation of operational needs into IT requirements **TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:** * Analyst-Programmer with +3 years of experience in system administration, capable of adapting to managing an internal management program, and proficient in: * Mandatory experience with: .NET, C#, SQL Server * Entity Framework * Windows server configuration, domains, user policies, user permissions, VMware, SharePoint **CONDITIONS:** * Permanent contract * Private medical insurance * Hybrid work model (50%) * Location: Murcia * Salary: approx. 28-32K
