Job Description: A company headquartered in Güeñes is looking to hire a Warehouse Administrative Assistant to carry out the following duties: – Warehouse administrative management: documentation registration, control, and filing. – Data entry and system updates (goods receipts and dispatches). – Support in order, delivery note, and invoice management. – Stock and inventory control, including tracking and reporting. – Coordination with warehouse staff and other departments (purchasing, logistics, administration). – Telephone and email customer service. – Resolution of issues related to orders, deliveries, or documentation. – Support in general administrative tasks within the logistics and warehouse area.
