Active participation as coordinator in a training program. **Temporary Administrative Assistant with Coordinator Responsibilities** We seek to incorporate a Temporary Administrative Assistant into our team for a fixed-term contract from mid-May to mid-August. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in administrative support tasks. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Knowledge of Adobe tools (especially for editing and managing PDF documents). * **C1 level English (mandatory)**, as communication with international students and collaborators will be required in this language. * Interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team. **Responsibilities:** * Administrative support in managing daily activities. * Assistance in organizing and coordinating courses. * Active participation as coordinator in a training program, working closely with students. * Coordination and communication in English with program participants. **We Offer:** * Fixed-term contract of 3 months (from mid-May to mid-August). * Integration into a dynamic team within a multicultural environment. * Opportunity to gain experience both in administrative functions and in educational program management.
