Job Summary: Q-safety is seeking a teleoperator to provide telephone and email support to customers and suppliers, resolve incidents, and assist with document management. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for internal promotion Q\-safety by Quirónprevención, a national company experiencing strong growth in Prevention and Construction Site Safety within the Quirónprevención Group, is selecting a TELEOPERATOR to join our internal corporate structure. Responsibilities: * Telephone (NO SALES) and email support to customers and suppliers. * Resolution of incidents related to documentary queries and platform usage (issuance and receipt). * Monitoring of contracts to ensure platform readiness. * Support for document management via proprietary or external platforms. We Offer: * Temporary contract of 3 months \+ possible indefinite contract. * Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week \- Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 17:00, and Friday from 8:00 to 15:00 (one Friday per month from 10:00 to 17:00). * Work location: Ciudad Lineal (Suanzes Metro), Madrid. * 6 remote workdays per month (once the probation and adaptation period is completed). * Salary according to collective agreement. * Opportunity for internal promotion.
