Job Summary: We are seeking a technically skilled professional passionate about international relations to join our Service & Support team, working on after-sales service and simulator projects. Reporting to the Department Director, we are looking for a candidate with vocational training (**FPII**) in Industrial Robotics or equivalent. The selected candidate will be responsible for the following duties: * In after-sales service: + Accompany and resolve customer incidents assigned to them. + Ensure customer satisfaction both technically and regarding resolution timelines and procedures. + Perform technical closure of incidents upon resolution and facilitate administrative closure. + Keep the ticketing system updated according to their activities. * In project work: + Conduct quality checks on simulators during manufacturing. + Contribute to the development and improvement of customer support documentation. * Additional requirements: + Willingness and availability to travel. + Knowledge of computer equipment. + Creativity and dynamism. + Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. + Intermediate-to-advanced level of English; knowledge of other languages such as French or German is an advantage.
