A company focused on building a better future for those who will live in it. ***And speaking of the future — shall we talk about yours?*** **JOB DESCRIPTION** **Construction Solutions** is Molins’ business unit specializing in comprehensive construction solutions, including ceramic tile installation systems, façade cladding and ETICS (External Thermal Insulation Composite Systems), special mortars, and resins for protection, repair, anchoring, reinforcement, waterproofing, insulation, tiling, and paving. With over 90 years of leadership in the sector and as pioneers in the Spanish market with the first tile adhesive cement under the PAM brand, we maintain our commitment to customers through a logistics network comprising 6 production centers and 2 logistics centers. We are committed to social development and quality of life, delivering innovative and sustainable construction solutions. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the full order process for international clients (EU and third countries), ensuring excellent service, on-time delivery, and accurate documentation for export operations. **WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?** Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Order management: receiving and validating orders from international clients; entering and tracking orders in SAP S/4 Hana; monitoring product availability in coordination with planning and production. * Export management: preparing export documentation, coordinating with freight forwarders, customs agents, and logistics providers; tracking maritime, air, and land shipments. * International customer service: handling inquiries, incidents, and complaints via email and phone; daily communication with clients in multiple languages; managing customer forecasts and requirements. * Invoicing and administrative control: issuing and validating invoices; managing pricing, commercial terms, and discounts in coordination with Sales; overseeing collections in coordination with Finance. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * An outstanding opportunity for professional development within a company that is a benchmark in the construction sector and upholds strong ethical values. * An excellent working atmosphere, camaraderie, and teamwork. * Continuous training provided by the company. * Competitive compensation aligned with experience, knowledge, and values contributed. * Flexible compensation package including Cobee, free telemedicine via Savia, access to Wellhub, pension plan, hybrid work schedule, subsidized cafeteria, flexible working hours, and discounts on products and services. We are looking for a candidate who meets the following requirements: * Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. * Higher vocational training qualification. Specialization: International Trade, Administration, or related field. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple orders and markets simultaneously. * Rigorous documentation and administrative accuracy. * Excellent communication skills with customers, deadline orientation, and flexibility. * English language proficiency: B2 level. * Basic French language skills are considered a plus. \#LI\-SM1
