We are currently seeking a **Construction Supervisor** to join our team in **Ibiza**. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Preparing construction documentation for the executing contractor. * Managing measurements and certification of the contractor. * Managing and communicating with the client. * Monitoring scheduling and execution to ensure proper construction progress, including cable laying, trench excavation, discharge procedures, among others. * Conducting site layout and providing necessary technical solutions for execution. * Defining discharge procedures and managing their final approval by the client. * Maintaining constant communication with the contractor to ensure correct completion of execution works. * Compiling and evaluating the final construction file. **Required profile:** * Training in electricity or a related field. * Must reside in Ibiza. * Prior experience executing projects for electricity supply companies will be highly valued. **We offer:** * Permanent employment contract. * Professional development and career planning. * Flexible working hours and hybrid work model. * Intensive working schedule every Friday throughout the year and during summer (July/August).
