You will become part of a multidisciplinary engineering team composed of senior specialists across various disciplines, whose objective is to provide **technical process support for energy plant projects and proposals**, particularly combined cycles and other thermal systems. This role serves as the **Technical Process Reference** within the Energy area, participating both in proposal and project execution phases, with direct interaction with internal teams and support for technical decision-making. **What You’ll Do on the Project** * Act as a **Senior Process Engineer** on Energy sector projects, primarily combined cycles and thermal systems. * Conduct **technical reviews of proposals and bids**, contributing expert process judgment. * Perform **technical assessments and engineering reviews** (without detailed calculation focus). * Serve as the **Technical Reference**, coordinating and supporting small process engineering teams. * Participate in both the **proposal phase** and **project execution phase**. **Your Profile** To thrive in this position, you should be comfortable with: * **5\+ years of experience** as a Process or Project Engineer in the Energy sector, especially in combined cycles. * Solid experience in **proposal review and technical assessment** of projects. * Advanced proficiency in **Thermoflow**; knowledge of Aspen/HYSYS is a plus. * Ability to **lead and coordinate small technical teams**. * English language proficiency at **B2–C1 level**.
