### **Responsibilities** * Participate in the development, maintenance, and evolution of the company's corporate software for management and valuation. * Develop new features and adapt existing ones to business and customer needs. * Program applications in Delphi and develop solutions on SQL Server databases. * Design and develop integrations using REST APIs and JSON-based services. * Participate in the development of web applications, microservices, and solutions aimed at continuous improvement of the platform. * Maintain and optimize application and database performance. * Collaborate with technology, support, data, and innovation teams on cross-functional projects. * Participate in continuous integration and deployment processes using CI/CD tools. * Document developments and contribute to the technical quality of implemented solutions. ### **Requirements** * University degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent. * Minimum 5 years of experience developing in Delphi. * Experience in programming and administration of SQL Server databases. * Solid knowledge of Transact\-SQL. * Experience integrating via REST APIs and JSON formats. * Knowledge of web development and microservices. * Experience with tools such as Flask, Jupyter, YAML, and Docker. * Proficiency with Git and continuous integration and deployment tools (e.g., GitHub Actions or similar). * Knowledge of Linux environments (Bash, Cron). * Experience with AWS cloud services, especially S3 and EC2\. * Ability to work autonomously in complex development environments. * Collaborative, communicative profile oriented toward problem solving. * Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB is a plus. * Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days on-site and 2 days remote).
